The green heart · Save our planet

Every length is a tree left standing.

Using reclaimed wood saves trees and natural resources. Nothing here goes to landfill.

Our goal is simple to say and hard to do: zero dumping. Everything that comes through our gates finds its next life, as timber, as a frame, as a play table, or in someone else's hands.

The tree counter

South African pine trees left standing in 25 years, because our customers bought reclaimed timber instead of new.

at least 0 trees

How we count: every cubic metre of reclaimed timber we sell is a cubic metre of new local pine nobody had to cut. A big South African plantation pine gives less than one cubic metre of sawn timber, so we count one tree for every cubic metre: the real number is higher.

Our community choosing useful timber in the yard

Nothing goes to waste. Not even the offcuts.

On a regular basis we deliver useful material to our local community. Our friends make anything from furniture to fences with it. And the rest? It cooks the supper and keeps the family warm.

In a world without waste, everything has value.
